Refund Policy
American Contracting Services has established a returns and refunds policy on all surety bonds. Surety bonds are fully earned at the time of electronic delivery. No refund or return is available unless the original surety bond is returned with a signed letter from the obligee that states the surety bond was not used and the surety is not obligated. Shipping charges are not refundable.
