We've classified our bonds into two groups: Contract Bonds (Performance and Payment bonds) and Miscellaneous Bonds (for licenses, permits, etc.) The application process is slightly different for each.
CONTRACT BONDS
Contract bonds guarantee faithful performance of a construction contract and payment of all material and labor bills related to that contract. A Performance Bond covers faithful performance only; a Payment Bond guarantees payment of material and labor expenses.
